The court sided with plaintiffs on their negligence and willful and wanton claims against Motorola after alleging they were born with severe birth defects as a result of their parents’ exposure to reproductively toxic chemicals while being employed at Motorola-owned semiconductor manufacturing facilities in Arizona and Texas.
